Lenz is a platform connecting young first-time jobseekers with companies willing to hire without experience. The challenge was building a brand that felt credible to employers and relevant to a generation that can spot inauthenticity instantly.

Two shapes moving toward each other — one representing companies, one representing Gen Z candidates. The moment they connect, the negative space between them forms a Z. The connection is the brand. The generation is the product.

The identity system extends from the logo mark into typography, colour, and application across digital and physical touchpoints. Bold enough for a generation that scrolls fast. Considered enough to earn employer trust.
